“Florence Police have arrested Tiffany Regina Daniel, 27, of Ellenwood, GA and Graham Christopher Shell, 26, of Winston, GA on various charges related to, what police described as, a scheme to use false identification to acquire cell phones and electronics from local retailers. The charges came after it was reported to police that the two entered T-Mobile in Florence and used false identification to acquire electronics and enter into contracts totaling over $3,000. After the two left Florence they traveled to Muscle Shoals where they were detained by Muscle Shoals Police. It is believed that the duo left the Atlanta, GA area and traveled through North Alabama before being arrested last night. Daniel was charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, four counts of Forgery, and Theft of Property 1st. Shell was charged with Theft of Property 1st for his part in the scheme. Additional charges are likely in other jurisdictions as a result of this case. Both are being held in the LCDC. “

*All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty*
