MRS. BETTYE LONGSHORE age 82 of Madison AL formerly of Gaylesville passed away Saturday July 12th 2014 at Huntsville Hospital.
Graveside services will be 2 PM Monday July 14th at Cedar Bluff Cemetery, with the Rev. Tim Kendrick officiating. The family will receive friends 11:30 AM until 1:30PM Monday at Perry Funeral Home.
Survivors include husband, William Longshore Sr. of Madison, Al.: son, William (JoAnn) Longshore Jr. of Madison, Al.: sister, Nancy Lewis of Birmingham, Al.: Grandchildren, Lorie, Sarah & Elizabeth all of Madison, Al.: Great-Grandchildren, Sydney, Payton, Chance & Easton all of Madison, Al.: several nieces & nephews.
Mrs. Longshore was a native of Rome, GA, the daughter of the late Dwight & Ophelia Coker Chesnut and of the Methodist faith.
