Betty Sue Martin Ryan, 83, Tuscumbia, died Friday, July 11, 2014. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 13, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Ryan was a native of Collinwood, Tn., but lived most of her life in the Shoals area.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. William Eugene “Billy” Ryan, parents, Walter Bruce and Garnett Kelly Martin, brother, Donnie Martin (Geraldine).
She is survived by her children, David Ryan (Becky), Cylessa Ryan Clemons, Sharon Ryan Willis (Phillip), Michael Ryan (Melissa), siblings, Carolyn Martin Menne (Gary) and Ronnie Martin (Anita), grandchildren, Chris Hill, Matt Hill, Tim Hill, Kevin Clemons, Jason Clemons, Tiffany Clemons Robbinette, Heather Ryan Foster, Kelly Ryan Holder, Morgan Ryan McVay, Clayton Ryan, Nathan Ryan, Mitchell Ryan, Andrew Ryan, and 22 great grandchildren.
