Mr. Douglas Francis Howard, 74, of Decatur, died Monday, July 7, 2014, at Decatur-Morgan Hospital. He was born December 18, 1939.
He is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Howard; two sons, Edgar L. Howard and John R. Howard and wife, Pagan; daughter, Cecilia M Howard and husband, Martin; three sisters, three brothers and six grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville. There are no services to announce at this time.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to AlaCare hospice.
