Krieger, Thomas John – Arreswted for alleged sexual contact with a 12 year old.
TUSCUMBIA – A Florence 20 year-old has been arrested and charged with sexual Abuse of a Child Under 12 years of age.
Thomas John Krieger, age 20, 106 Mauldin Ave, Florence is being held in Colbert County Jail. His bond is set at $50,000.
Here is the report directly from Sheriff Ronnie May’s Office:
“Early in June, the Colbert County Sheriff’s Office got a report from woman that stated her son was being inappropriately touched by an adult male. The victim’s mother had seen the photo of Krieger in a paper showing that he had been charged with Sodomy 2nd degree. The victims mother also knew that her sons had spent the night at Krieger’s girlfriends home. The mother asked her two sons if Krieger had ever touched them. One son wrote a note stating the last time they stayed at Kriegers girlfriends house that Krieger, just before bed, put his hand inside his(victim) pants and rubbed his private area. On 6-4-14 the mother and the victim talked with Invs’ and provided a detailed statement. The Invs’ learned that Krieger is under charges in Lauderdale involving a 13 year old male. On 6-30-14 after going over the details of the investigation the DA issued the warrant charging him. On &-1-14 Krieger was booked into the Colbert County Jail.”
