Wayne Roger May, 67, died Monday, June 30, 2014, at his residence in Franklin County after an extended battle with cancer.
He was born on April 13, 1947, in Franklin County and was a retired drywall finisher.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 3, 2014, 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Loyd Griffus officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Yocom May; brother, Eugene May and wife, Edna; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Moley and Will B. May, brother, James Carpenter, sister, Margree Shelnutt, infant brother, Vergil May, and brother-in-law, Dewayne Yocum.
