Charles Lowell English, 78, died Monday, June 23, 2014. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. He was the husband of Joyce English.
