DECATUR-The Deactur Police Department finally gets their man.   Beatry LeVelle Love was wanted in an incident of fraud and forgery back in November.  The Decatur Police issued a warrant for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd Degree on November 18, 2013.  Here is how the Decatur Police describe the ensuing events:

SYNOPSIS OF OFFENSE & ARREST:

“In November of 2013, Restone Federal Credit Union reported an incident of fraud and forgery. During the investigation, Beatry LeVelle Love was developed as a suspect. After further investigation, an arrest warrant for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd Degree was obtained for Beatry Love on November 18th, 2013.

On June 10th of 2014,  Beatry Love was located and arrested in Pittsburgh, PA. Love was then extradited back to Alabama and placed in the Morgan County Jail in lieu of a $2,500 bond.

Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second Degree is a Class C felony.”
