She was born in McNairy County, Tennessee on January 27, 1949, the daughter of the late Amos and Lucy Inez Massey Jaggars.

Wanda was a member of the New Hope Church of Christ in Middleton, Tennessee and the Stantonville Church of Christ during her childhood. She loved playing cards, bingo, and was a talented artist.

She is survived by her children, John Anthony Blalack and wife Mary of Springfield, Missouri, Clinton Allen Blalack and Matthew Ryan Blalack both of Memphis, Tennessee; grandchildren, Victoria Grace Blalack and Sophia Isabella Blalack; brothers, John Lewis Jaggars of Ripley, Mississippi, Ron Jaggars of Monticello, Arkansas, and Tony Earl Jaggars of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Dolly Sue Jaggars Cawley; brothers, Thomas F. Jaggars, James Robert Jaggars, and Billy Wayne Jaggars.
