Peggy J. Cook, age 79 of Decatur died Friday June 13, 2014.
There will be a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
Ms. Cook was born August 29, 1934 in Texas to Garvin William Thomason and
Mary Lee Green.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Henry Cook, 1 brother Roy Thomason and 1 sister Helen Berryhill.
She is survived by 1 son Terry Lee Cook(Lucie) of Logan, Al.
1 daughter Kay Alvis of Decatur, Al.
1 brother James Thomason of Oklahoma.
