A Celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m., Sunday, June 22, 2014 at Oak Mountain State Park, Red Bud pavilion, for John Phillip Farmer, 61 of Eva.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Farmer passed away June 13, 2014 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born December 14, 1952 to John Fred and Margie Pauline Wideman Farmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Farmer; two daughters, Melissa (Jeremy) McKenzie, Emily (Todd) Nicholas; brothers, Gary and Randy Ratliff; sisters, Martha (Buddy) Hooper, Lisa Fant; four grandchildren, Bryant Childs, Addison McKenzie, Carter & Parker Nicholas; a host of family and friends.
