William Joseph Peters, 53, of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday. Mr. Peters graduated from LSU with a degree in Architecture. He was the primary architect on the original building of the Museum of Art. He designed many residences across north Alabama.
Survivors include sister, Ann Peters Anderson of Dixon, MO; nephews, Mike Anderson (Lillian) of Florence, KY and Pat Anderson of Norcross, GA; great-nephew, Jacob Anderson and great-niece, Katherine Anderson, both of Florence, KY.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday at The Church of the Nativity, Episcopal with Father Andy Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Inc.
