Rufus J. Warhurst, 82, of Florence, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2014.
Visitation will be today from 1-2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel, with funeral services to begin at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will follow at Colbert Memorial Gardens.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, and a sister.
Survivors include his wife of 62 wonderful years, Katherine Warhurst;
son, Timothy Warhurst;
sister, Mary Smith; and brother, Wilmer Warhurst; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
