Robert Brian Cornell, 71, of Huntsville, passed away Sunday. Mr. Cornell was a Good Sams lifetime member and an Auburn fan. He retired after 33 years as a Procurement Manager at Parker Corp. He was an avid Camper and RV-er for 25 years, an avid golfer, and enjoyed drag racing in his youth. Mr. Cornell was preceded in death by his wife, Ann.
Survivors include daughter, Shannon Lanford and husband, Mike; sons, Robert Cornell and wife, Tammy and Jeff Cornell and wife, Stephanie; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers, Dick and Johnny Cornell; and half-brother, Billy Gunn.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, followed by burial in Maple Hill Cemetery, Inc.
