Joan Elizabeth Jarnigan, 58, died Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Visitation will be 5:30-8 p.m. today at Cedar Creek Church, Russellville. The service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. She was the wife of Talton Jarnigan.
