Jeffery Allen Couch, age 45, of Summertown, TN passed away Monday, May 19, 2014 at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Lauderdale County, AL, mechanic at Summertown Tire, and a member of Thousand Hills Cowboy Church. Mr. Couch served his country honorably in the Army National Guard.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday, May 23, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Friday, May 23, 2014, with Nathan Duncan officiating. Interment will follow at Freedom Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN with full military honors.
