Bro. Arlo Peppers, age 99, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, May 08, 2014 at his residence. He was a native of Lauderdale County, AL, retired owner of Arlo Peppers Dry Goods Store, former employee of Moore’s, former employee of Bob Baize Motors, and a preacher. Mr. Peppers was a member of Rose Hill Freewill Baptist Church and The Freewill Baptist Association.
He was preceded in death by his parents, D. F. and Annie Chandler Peppers; his wife, Verna B. Hester Peppers; and one son, J. D. Peppers.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, May 10, 2014 and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Sunday, May 11, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Sunday, May 11, 2014, with Darren Pollard officiating. Interment will follow at Gum Springs Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
