Nelia Alberta Stafford, age 90, of Cherokee, died Wednesday, May 7, 2014. Her family will receive friends Friday, 11-12 p.m. at Harris Chapel Baptist Church. The service will follow with Bro. Chuck Bradford officiating. Burial will be in Harris Chapel Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Dianne Askins of Tuscumbia; sister, Louise Gobel; ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
