Polly Jane Sandlin Berry, age 91, of Tuscumbia, died Wednesday, April 30, 2014. Her graveside service will by Monday, May 5, 2014, 11 a.m. in Scottsburg Cemetery, Scottsburg, IN. Rev. Jon Self pastor of First Baptist Church, Scottsburg, IN will officiate.
Mrs. Berry was a native of Gayscreek, KY and a member of First Baptist church of Scottsburg, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Berry, parents, Willie and Louetta Evans and siblings.
She is survived by her son, Dr. James Russell Berry and wife Diane of Tuscumbia; two grandchildren, Jon Berry, Jennifer Berry Wagnon and husband Justin; great grandsons, Garrett and Hayden Wagnon.
