Wanda Lee Shepherd, age 78, of Summertown, TN passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Mt. Pleasant Health and Rehabilitation in Mount Pleasant, TN. She was a native of Lepanto, AR, a homemaker, and a member of Summertown Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Wilson Lane; her mother, Oma Lou Smith Wiggins; her husband, Charles Franklin Shepherd; one son, Larry Franklin Shepherd; two grandsons, Paul Gray and Michael Gray; her step-father, C.J. Wiggins; and one step-daughter, Marie Smith.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, April 25, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 26, 2014, with Howard Kitter officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Garden Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
