Flora Margaret Davis Hughes, 81, of Killen, Ala., passed away Sunday, April 20, 2014. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 23, 2014, from noon-2 p.m. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with Brother Tim Grigsby officiating. Burial will be in Center Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Cam Hammond, Brandon Michael, and Tad Keaton.
Mrs. Hughes was a loved mother and homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Euell Hughes, and her parents, Will Davis and Janie Pettus Davis.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy Hughes; daughters, Ann Hill (Randal), Sheila Hammond (Randy), and Linda Michael (Keith); grandchildren, Andral Brown, Angela Keaton, Nikki Hammond, Cam Hammond, Brandon Michael, Blake Michael, and Macy Hughes; great-grandchildren, Zane Kilburn, Adlee Poag, and Carter Hammond; and sister, Louise McMurtrey.
