Don “Big Daddy” Carter, 58, of Decatur died Friday, April 11, 2014, at his residence. He was born July 5, 1955, in Florence to V.V and Letha Carter.
Memorial services will be held Sunday, April 13, 2014, at 3 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with Rick Johnson officiating. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Angie Carter; one daughter, Harley Carter; two stepsons, Will Stevens and Sawyer Stevens; one grandchild, Skylyn Stevens; one brother, Nolan Carter; and one sister, Doris Cofield.
