Suzanne (Susie) Elizabeth Perry, 60, passed away Friday, April 11, surrounded by her loving family. She had fought a courageous one and a half year battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born to the late Walter and Mary Perry on May 17, 1953 in Knoxville, Tn. Susie was a graduate of both Grissom High School and the University of Tennessee and was a Huntsville resident. She was employed by NASA as a program analyst for the past 25 years, taking early retirement at the end of January this year. Susie never knew a stranger and was loved by everyone she knew. Her two daughters, five granddaughters and great granddaughter were the “light of her life.” She was ever present at their numerous activities. She is survived by two daughters, Mary Ann Campbell and Michelle Monk, son-in-law, David Monk, by five granddaughters, Paige and Carrie Campbell, Abby, Annabelle, and Marybeth Monk and a great granddaughter, Ava Campbell. Additional survivors are her sisters: Phyllis Hillis, Becky Coudert, Nancy Rheinfurth, Joan Kilgore and Mary Wildes Services and burial are private.
