Funeral services for Ronald Oral Blagburn, age 52, of Priceville will be Friday, April 11, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bobby Newman officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Forest Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Blagburn died Sunday, April 6, 2014, in Priceville. He was born April 10, 1961, in Morgan County to Paul Odis Blagburn and Annie Beatrice Bishop Blagburn. He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother, Annie Blagburn of Decatur; three brothers, Garland Blagburn and Joseph Blagburn, both of Hartselle, and Mark Blagburn of Falkville; and three sisters, Martha Borden of Somerville, and Wanda Blagburn and Carrie Myers, both of Decatur.
Pallbearers will be Jesse Ward, Josh Blagburn, Gus Waddell, Austin Ward, Lynn Loflin and Joey Flick.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to Oak Park Church of God Benevolence Fund.
