Emmie W. Sims, age 92, of Tuscumbia, died Tuesday, April 8, 2014.
Her graveside service will be Thursday, 2:30 p.m., in Oakwood Cemetery, Tuscumbia, with Ed White officiating.
Mrs. Sims was a Tuscumbia native and a member of Valdosta Church of Christ.
She is survived by her son, Stephen R. Sims; her sister, Agnes W. Reaves, both of Tuscumbia; numerous nieces and nephews; and special great-nephew, Izaak Emmons.
