Mrs. Dorothy N. Mayer, 70 of Florence passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014 at her residence following an extended illness. She was a native of Lauderdale County and a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 9, 2014 from 12-2 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with burial in Greenview Memorial Park. Officiating will be the Rev. Chris Barnett.
Mrs. Mayer is preceded in death by her husband Theodore G. Mayer.
She is survived by nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
