Early in the morning of April 5, 2014 Louise Bradford Reed passed from this life to join her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She also rejoined the love of her life that had predeceased her last year, George Reed, her husband of 65 years. Louise was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, George D. Reed, Jr., her parents A. D. and Macie Bradford a son, Rodney B. Reed. Louise, above all was a dedicated Christian. She was a member of the Chase Park Church of Christ. She was a devoted mother and grandmother as well. She will be greatly missed by her family.
Survivors include a daughter, Pamela R. Huggins (Dennis) grandsons, Todd L. Tipton, Douglas Lance Johnson and Brian Reed. She leaves two sisters Gladys Marie Ivy and Barbara Phillips. She also leaves several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a Chapel service Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. with John Denny and Rusty Hills officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
