Delcie Kerr, age 83, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, April 03, 2014 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from LaDel Mfg, and a member of Royal Heights Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ashby and Hettie Buie Brock; one brother, Paul Brock; and two sisters, Myrtle Dickson and Hilda Brock.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, April 04, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Saturday, April 05, 2014, with Jesse Cozart officiating. Interment will follow at Henryville Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
