Pastor Eugene Lewis, 81, of Huntsville, passed Thursday, February 27th at his residence. He was born October 17, 1932.
Survivors include wife, Rosie Lewis; daughters, Sylvia Lucinda Alexander and Kaye Anita Lewis; sons, Gerald Eugene Lewis and Jeffrey Alexander, all of Huntsville; five sisters, Jennifer Lewis, Maydella Stark, Barber Marion Brown, Sebrena Woodson Huff and Georgia McQueen; three brothers, Samuel Lewis, Sylvester Lewis and Andrew Bracey, all of Mobile; and ten grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Thursday, March 6, 2014, at noon at St. Bartley P.B. Church with Elder Mylon Burwell officiating. Interment will be in Meadowlawn Garden of Peace. Pastor Lewis will be at the church one hour prior to the service. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 7 at the Royal Chapel of Memories.
