Linda Simms Buell, of Athens, died Sunday, March 2, 2014, at her residence.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 1-2 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Rogersville United Methodist Church – Bedingfield Cemetery with Vic Vickers and Robert Lancaster officiating.
Mrs. Buell was preceded in death by her father, William T. Simms, and husband, Dennis L. Buell.
She is survived by her sons, Alan Jones, of Tullahoma, Tenn., and David Wayne Jones, of Toney, Ala.; mother, Dorothy Jones, of Rogersville; grandchildren, Andrew Jones and Blake Jones; brother, Steve (Tina) Simms, of Killen; niece, Amber Simms; stepsister, Sarah Ratliff, of Rogersville; and stepbrother, David (Angela) Sisk, of Benton, Tenn.
