Michael Lee Martin, 74 of Huntsville passed away Sunday at a local hospital. Michael was a retired veteran of the U.S. Navy and also retired from Huntsville Hospital as an IT Manager. He was preceded in death by his parents: Francis and Edna Martin and one sister: Linda Whitehead. Survivors include his wife: Cheryl Martin; seven children: Kurtis (Jodie Smith) Martin, Keith Martin, Tim Martin, Travis (Toni) Martin, Kory (Sara) Martin, Robert Martin and Rebecca Martin; his special friends: Steve and Nancy McNett and their daughter Cortney; one brother: Rob Martin; five grandchildren: Lisa Siddall, Sara, Kathryn, Alexis and Ava Martin and a number of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a Chapel service at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Ross Jaeger officiating.
