Duty upon striking an occupied vehicle, damage occurred on the passenger-side rear door panel and body of the 2006 white Chevrolet Impala. Cost of damages are $300.00.
Theft of lost property in the second degree (between $500.00 to $2,500.00) on the 400 block of South Montgomery Avenue. Stolen was a Listerhill Visa debit card.
Criminal Mischief in the second degree (cost between $500.00 to $2,500.00) on the 300 block of East 2nd Street, damaged was a large glass front window $500.00.
02/22/14:
Theft of Property in the Third Degree ($500.00 or less), stolen was a powder blue Murray 26″ 18 speed, worth $100.00.
Recovered Property, Red ladies wallet with receipt book, value $1.00.
02/24/14:
Criminal Mischief in the second degree ($500.00 to $2,500.00) on the 500 block of North Raleigh Avenue. Damaged was an industrial deep fryer $500.00, an industrial kitchen faucet $300.00, and a kitchen window $50.00.
