Bessie Lee Carraway, 89, of Memphis, TN
Mrs. Carraway passed away on Tuesday morning, February 18, 2014, at Signature Healthcare in Memphis.
The widow of William Dewey Carraway, she was a native of Walnut, MS and a member of Grey Road Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Memphis.
Among her survivors are sons, William A. Carraway of Bartlett and Jimmy D. Russell of Memphis; a brother, Andrew Voyles and a granddaughter, Stacy L. Carraway.
