Wanda Roberts, age 59, of Somerville died Friday February 7, 2014.
Her service will be Monday February 10, 2014 at 3:00pm at Shiloh Baptist church with Rev. Charles Owens officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be at Red Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday February 9, 2014 from 6-9pm at Peck Funeral Home. She will lie in state from 2-3pm Monday at the church.
She was born June 18, 1954 in Madison County to Junior Thomas Brewer and Helen Marie Sharp Brewer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Randall Lee Roberts and 1 sister Diane Breeding.
She is survived by 1 son- Mickelin Roberts of Somerville, Al.
1 daughter- Randi Roberts(Paul) of Somerville, Al.
1 brother- Glen Brewer of Somerville, Al.
3 sisters- Carol Bader of Michigan
Nancy Brewer of Somerville, Al.
Lenny Brewer of Somerville, Al.
1 Grandchild- Anna Louise Preston
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
She was a school teacher with the Morgan County Board of Education at Lacey’s Spring School.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Lacey’s Spring Elementary School.
