Thomas Arlie Bishop – Obituary

Thomas Arlie Bishop, 71, of Bear Creek, entered into rest Wednesday, February 5, 2014.

Arlie was born March 10, 1942 in Winston County Alabama. He was a member of the Old Union Church. Arlie attended Phillips High School class of 1960.

Visitation will be Friday, February 7, 2014 from 5-6 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where services will follow at 6 p.m. Brother Doyal Thomas will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Arlie is survived by his son, Tom (LaDena) Bishop; daughter, Janet (Barry) Walker; sisters, Corene (Doyal) Thomas, Judy King and Nelda (Gary) Wilson; two grandchildren, Jacob Walker and Dylan Bishop.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Peggy Hulsey Bishop; parents, Willie T. and Ila Belle Bishop.
