Jean Hester Behel, age 76, of Eldridge, passed away Monday, Feb. 3, 2014. Survivors include her husband, Gilbert Behel, Eldridge; sons, Thomas Olin (Tammy) Behel, Macon, Ga., Bruce Wade (Sherrie) Behel, Winfield, and Jeffrey Blake (Tina) Behel, Gainesville, Ga.; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, John D. Hester, Muscle Shoals, and Billy Ray Hester, Cullman; and nieces, nephews and other relatives. The funeral service will be Wednesday, 11 a.m., at the Eldridge Chruch of Christ, with burial in Kelley Cemetery. Visitation will be today, 6-8 p.m., at the church.
