DECATUR – Early this weekend Decatur Police arrested Fabian Maurice Jones on Possession of Marijuana in the 1st Degree and Speeding. Here is what Decatur Police Department had to say on the matter:
“On January 31, 2014 Officers of the Decatur Police Department’s Special Operations Unit initiated a traffic stop on a silver Chevy Trailblazer near Beltline Road SW and Cedar Street in the city limits of Decatur, AL. The vehicle was occupied by a male identified as Fabian Maurice Jones. During the course of the investigation Jones was found to be in possession of a large amount of marijuana inside his vehicle.
Jones was arrested for Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree and Speeding. Jones was later transferred to the Morgan County Jail in lieu of a $3,000.00 aggregate bond. The Trailblazer was seized pending condemnation procedures.”
