Ron Remmers, age 51, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Crockett Hospital in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Peoria, IL, self-employed Mechanical Engineer, and a member of Church of the Messiah in Pulaski, TN. Mr. Remmers was an avid coin collector, loved Civil War History and Formula One Racing. He enjoyed attending the Sebring Race every year with his buddy, Jerry.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Lee Remmers; and his grandparents, Robert & Ora Burdette and Leroy and Ruth Remmers.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home with prayer service at 6:45 PM. Funeral services will be conducted at a later date at Wilton Mortuary with interment to follow at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria, IL. Family suggests memorials be made to Church of the Messiah, 114 N. Third Street, Pulaski, TN 38478.
