Velma Lee Taylor Statham, 84, died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. today until funeral time. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Valley Chapel of Oneonta with the Rev. Leonard Estes officiating. Burial will be in Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery, Lemley Funeral Home directing.
