Thomas Lee Jackson, 60, of Sheffield, Ala., passed away Jan. 23, 2014.
Visitation will be today from 5-7 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Memorial services will begin at 7 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating is son-in-law, Clint Turner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Benton and Dixie Lee Sisson Jackson, and stepmother, Lorena Jackson.
Survivors include wife and caregiver, Cathy Jackson;
daughters, Tara Jackson Turner (Clint), of Muscle Shoals, and Amber Jackson, of Muscle Shoals;
grandsons, Caleb and Cameron Turner;
brother, Ronnie McConnell (Sharon), of Dublin, Texas;
and nieces, Misty and Mindy.
Mr. Jackson was of the Methodist faith and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He retired from Reed Construction where he worked as an estimator.
