Ms. Dorothy Gault Cantrell, age 72, of Vernon, Alabama, passed away Wednesday morning, January 22nd, 2014, at Generations of Vernon, Vernon, Alabama.
Visitation, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening, January, 23rd, 2014, at the Otts Funeral Home, Sulligent, Alabama. Funeral service, 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 24th, 2014 at the Otts Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in Crews Cemetery. Bro. James Godsey officiating.
Dorothy was born July 19th, 1941 in Lamar County, Alabama, to the late Andrew and Rena Roberts Gault. She had previously worked as a seamstress for Glenn Enterprises. Dorothy enjoyed fishing and going to yard sales. She was a member of Vernon Full Gospel Worship Center.
She is survived by her son, Mitch (Nancy) Cantrell, Vernon, AL.; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Rena Roberts Gault; and her husband, Lonnie Cantrell.
