Kimberly Ann Chase, 50, of Hazel Green, Alabama passed away Sunday, January 19, 2014 at Huntsville Hospital. Ms. Chase is survived by her mother, Patricia Bryant; daughter, Tori Lucille Kellogg (Keith); sisters, Terrie Brueggeman (Tom), and Sherrie Gilliam (Don); brothers, Joseph Lapp (Jennifer), Michael Lapp (Erika), and Mark Lapp; son, Tyler Lapp; three nephews and four nieces. Visitation will be Thursday, January 23, 2014 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home with a memorial service following at 8:00pm with Brother Brandon Dyar officiating. The family suggests donations to Regions Bank to the Kimberly Chase Memorial Fund. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
