Melanie Ruth Hodges age 41 of Athens, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2014 at Huntsville Hospital. Mrs. Hodges was born February 26, 1972 in Ohio to Donald Hicks and Beverly Adams Hicks.
Graveside Services for Mrs. Hodges are Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Roselawn Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. with Jim Lynch and Pastor Harry Lincoln officiating. Visitation will be Monday, January 20, 2014 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband Michael Hodges; daughters, Kandice Dement and husband Benjamin and Kayla Hodges; grandchildren, Analey Dement and Dahlia Stiteler; sisters, Kristy Townsend and husband Brian and Stephanie Cutlip and Deon Hinkle; several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Donald “Mick” Hicks
