Mildred Stewart Breeding, 83, died January 14, 2014. Funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Tanner Methodist Church with visitation from noon to 1 p.m. Burial will be in Tanner Methodist Cemetery with McConnell Funeral home directing. She is survived by her husband, Jay O. Breeding
