Mr Wiggins is a native Bartow, Florida, and a welder at Diverse Fabrication. Survivors are: Mother – Angela Wiggins of Five Points, Tenn; Father – Shawn Wiggins of Five Points, Tenn; 1 Daughter – Karissa Mae Wiggins of Leoma, Tenn; 1 Brother – Brendon Wiggins of Five Points, Tenn; 1 Sister – Shawna Gray of Lexington, Ala. Anthony Potts will be officiating the memorial service. Burial will be in the Bonnertown Cemetery at a later date.

Phillip will be missed by everyone his life touched. He was such a caring and sweet kid and he turned into just as much of a caring and sweet man. Angie and Shawn, I can’t even begin to understand what you must be going through.My heart bleeds for both of you. Just know that we are here and praying for you both,and Shawna, Buddha and the rest of the family.We love you all and will try to come up soon to see you.
