Charley Melvin Johnson, 80, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2014, at his residence. He was born March 21, 1933 to the late Willie and Cora Johnson in Itawamba County. He worked at the sawmill for many years before his retirement. He enjoyed gardening, being outdoors, carpenter work, and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by 1 Son, Richard (Cherie) Johnson of Fulton, 2 Daughters, Charline (Darrell) McMickin of Tremont, Daughter, Earline Johnson of Fulton, 5 Grandsons, Charles (Brandy) McMIckin of Fulton, Kevin (Bobbie) Johnson of Amory, Colby Johnson of Fulton, Brian Johnson of Fulton, Tyler (Fiancé, Savannah Wright) Edwards of Fulton, 5 Granddaughters, Cynthia (Jeremy) Holley of Belmont, Tonia (Eric) Smith of Golden, Sonia (John) Robinson of Fulton, Amanda (Jason) Fowler of Fulton, Renee (David) Payne of Fulton, 17 Great Grandchildren, 2 Brothers, Johnny (Mae) Johnson of Fulton, and Jimmy Johnson of Mantachie, 1 Sister, Jeanette Oats of Golden.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jurline Johnson, Parents, Willie and Cora Johnson, 1 Son, Donald Ray Johnson, 4 Brothers, 2 Sisters.

Pallbearers will be Charles McMIckin, Kevin Johnson, Colby Johnson, Brian Johnson, Tyler Edwards, Jeremy Holley, Randy Mayhall, Jason Fowler
