Dorothy Anne Morgan, 74, died Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, after an extended illness. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Monday at Colbert Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be noon Monday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
