Mrs. Helen Morelock Childers, age 85 of Hartselle died Friday December 27, 2013. There will be a graveside service on Monday December 30, 2013 at 11:00am at Lawrence Cove Cemetery with Bro. Charles Shaddix officiating and Peck Funeral Home Directing. There will be no visitation.
Mrs. Childers was born July 2, 1928 in Tennessee to Reuben Morelock and Mollie (Ramsey) Morelock.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Truel G. Childers and 1 son Bob Childers.
She is survived by 2 Sons: Roger Dale Childers (Melody) of Florida.
David Glenn Childers (Cindy of Hartselle.
2 Sisters: Josephine Mayberry (Dan) of Florida
Mary Katherine Eaves of Oregon.
2 Grandchildren: Sharon Bailey (Chris) And Daniel Childers.
Friends and Family will be pallbearers.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hartselle wher she taught Sunday school for many years.
