Harlis H. Pitt, 73 of Madison passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Huntsville Hospital. Mr. Pitt is survived by his wife, Vera B. Pitt, daughter, Melenie Hunter (Darren), son, Michael Pitt, four grandchildren Mandy Hunter, Jody Hunter, Madison Pitt and Mikenna Pitt. Visitation will be Friday, December 20, 2013 from 9:30am until 11:00am at Berryhill Funeral Home. Service will follow at 11:00am with Reverend Jerry Hovis officiating. Burial will follow at Charity Cemetery.
