Patricia “Pat” Chambers, age 61, of Leoma, TN passed away Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Crockett Hospital in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Fort Knox, KY, and a former clerk at Sugar & Spice.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Shirley Bell.
She is survived by

Kelley Skees, Virginia Beach, VA
One Sister –
Cindy Bell Bookout, Paducah, KY
One Brother –
Dane Bell, Elizabethtown, KY
Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. No services or visitation will be held.
